This Privacy Policy explains what personal information Y'Alternative Wellness collects when you use this website, how we use it, who we share it with, and what rights you have over your data.
Y'Alternative Wellness is a brand operated by Sackett Holdings LLC, DBA Y'Alternative Wellness LLC. When this policy says "we," "us," or "our," we mean Sackett Holdings LLC, DBA Y'Alternative Wellness LLC. When it says "you" or "your," we mean you, the person visiting this site.
We keep this policy short and plain because we collect a limited amount of data and do not sell it.
We collect personal information through three channels on this site.
When you take the Bandwidth Snapshot quiz on our homepage, you submit your email address, plus three quiz-response attributes: your primary performance goal, your current readiness level, and your biggest performance "leak." This information is sent directly to MailerLite, our email marketing platform. We use it to send you your quiz results, relevant coaching content, and occasional offers. You can unsubscribe at any time.
We do not collect your name through the quiz unless you provide it voluntarily.
When you book a Bandwidth Diagnostic or any session through our Calendly scheduling link, Calendly collects your name, email address, and scheduling details (date, time, any pre-booking questions you answer). We receive this information to prepare for and conduct your session. Calendly handles the booking interface and may set cookies on your device as part of its embedded widget.
When you purchase the Field Guide or book a paid session, payment is processed by Stripe. Stripe collects your payment card details and billing information directly. We do not receive or store your card number on our systems. We do receive confirmation of your purchase (amount, product, date) for our own records.
We do not collect your lab results, bloodwork data, or health records through this website. If you follow a referral link to Function Health for bloodwork, that data relationship is between you and Function Health directly.
As of the effective date of this policy, this website does not run third-party analytics tools (such as Google Analytics) or advertising trackers (such as Meta Pixel). If that changes, we will update this policy before any new tracking goes live.
Netlify, our hosting provider, may log standard server access data (such as IP addresses and browser type) as part of routine CDN and hosting operations. This is passively collected infrastructure data, not data we actively gather or use to identify you.

If you submit your email through the quiz or any other form on this site, you are opting in to receive emails from Y'Alternative Wellness. Every marketing email we send includes an unsubscribe link. You can also opt out by emailing us at [email protected] and we will remove you from our list within a reasonable time.
Unsubscribing from marketing emails does not affect transactional messages (such as booking confirmations or purchase receipts).
This site is a static marketing site. We do not place our own tracking or advertising cookies. However, embedded third-party tools, including Calendly's booking widget and Stripe's payment interface, may set their own cookies when you interact with them. You can manage cookie preferences through your browser settings, though disabling certain cookies may affect how those embedded tools function.
We retain your information for as long as necessary to provide our services, maintain accurate financial records, and comply with legal obligations.
Email subscriber records are retained until you unsubscribe or request deletion. Stripe transaction records are retained as required by applicable accounting and tax law. Calendly booking records are subject to Calendly's own retention policies.

We will honor deletion requests to the extent permitted by law and consistent with our legal record-keeping obligations. Where we are not required to retain it, we keep personal information for up to 7 years, after which it is deleted or anonymized.
