These Terms of Service govern your use of the Y'Alternative Wellness website and your purchase of any products or services offered through it. By browsing the site, submitting your email through our quiz, booking a session, or making a purchase, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Y'Alternative Wellness is a brand operated by Sackett Holdings LLC, DBA Y'Alternative Wellness LLC. When these terms say "we," "us," or "our," we mean Sackett Holdings LLC, DBA Y'Alternative Wellness LLC. When they say "you" or "your," we mean you, the person using this site.
The content on this site, including all articles, guides, quiz results, coaching programs, and communications, is provided for general wellness and educational purposes only. It is not medical advice, and nothing here creates a doctor-patient or therapist-client relationship between you and us.
Brian Sackett is a National Academy of Sports Medicine Certified Personal Trainer (NASM-CPT). He is not a physician, physical therapist, registered dietitian, or licensed mental health provider. His work is performance coaching and fitness training, not medical treatment or clinical care.
Before starting any training program, nutrition protocol, or physical activity regimen, consult a qualified physician or licensed healthcare provider, particularly if you have a pre-existing medical condition, are pregnant, or have not been recently cleared for physical activity.
If you ever experience pain, dizziness, shortness of breath, or any unusual symptoms during training, stop immediately and seek appropriate medical care.
Physical training and exercise carry inherent risks, including but not limited to muscle strain, joint injury, cardiovascular stress, and in rare cases more serious injury or death. By purchasing or participating in any coaching tier, session, or program offered through Y'Alternative Wellness, you acknowledge and accept these inherent risks.
You represent that you are in adequate physical health to participate, that you have disclosed any relevant medical conditions to your coach, and that you take personal responsibility for your own safety during training.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Sackett Holdings LLC, DBA Y'Alternative Wellness LLC and Brian Sackett will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this site, your purchase of any product or service, or your participation in any coaching program or training session.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising under these terms will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 30 days preceding the claim.
Nothing in this section limits liability for gross negligence or intentional misconduct.
Individual results from coaching, training, and nutrition guidance vary. Factors outside our control, including your genetics, consistency, sleep, stress, and life circumstances, all affect outcomes. We do not guarantee that you will achieve any specific performance target, body composition change, or health improvement.
The Y'Alt Field Guide is a digital download. Upon purchase, you receive immediate access and cannot be returned. However, if you are not satisfied, we offer a money-back guarantee: contact us at [email protected] within 14 days of purchase and we will refund your $9 in full, no questions asked.
Digital products are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use. You may not reproduce, distribute, or resell the Field Guide or any portion of it.
The Bandwidth Diagnostic is a paid 60-minute coaching session. Within 48 hours of your session, you will receive a one-page Bandwidth Profile summarizing findings and recommendations.
The Diagnostic fee is non-refundable. It is a standalone service and is not subject to the subscription terms in Section 5.3. It is not a medical evaluation.
Fast Start Credit: The $110 Diagnostic fee credits toward your first month of coaching if you enroll in a coaching tier within 30 days of receiving your Bandwidth Profile.
Foundation and Precision are recurring subscription coaching programs. Current pricing is provided during enrollment and confirmed in your signed agreement. Enrollment requires a minimum commitment period. Full program terms, including deliverables, minimum commitment, cancellation procedure, and billing mechanics, are detailed in the Y'Alternative Wellness Service Agreement you will sign at enrollment.
Your rate is locked at the price in your signed agreement for the duration of that agreement.
Graduation Guarantee: If you meet your compliance obligations and do not reach your agreed goal by Week 16, we will continue coaching you at no additional cost until you do. This is a coaching extension, not a refund. No cash or credit refund is issued under this guarantee. Full guarantee terms, including compliance requirements and goal-setting mechanics, are in the Service Agreement.
Fast Start Credit (Larger of Two Applies): If you enroll in a coaching tier within 72 hours of receiving your Bandwidth Profile, a $200 month-one credit applies. If you enroll after 72 hours but within 30 days, the standard $110 Diagnostic credit applies. These two credits do not stack. The larger of the two applies based on your enrollment timing.
Sessions booked through Calendly are subject to a scheduling and cancellation policy, including a notice requirement and late-cancellation terms. That policy is communicated at booking. Please review it before confirming your appointment.
Payments are processed by Stripe, a third-party payment processor. We do not store your credit card or banking information on our servers. By completing a purchase, you authorize the applicable charge and agree to Stripe's terms of service.
For coaching subscriptions, recurring billing begins on your enrollment date and continues on the same date each month. Billing terms are detailed in your Service Agreement.
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars.
All content on this site, including text, graphics, program frameworks, mechanism names, the Field Guide, quiz content, and coaching materials, is owned by Sackett Holdings LLC, DBA Y'Alternative Wellness LLC or licensed to us and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property law.
You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from any site content or coaching materials without our prior written permission.
You agree to use this site and its services for lawful purposes only. You will not attempt to access systems or data you are not authorized to access, introduce malware or harmful code, or use the site in any way that interferes with its operation or the experience of other users.
The site links to or integrates third-party services including Stripe (payments), Calendly (booking), and MailerLite (email). Your use of those services is governed by their own terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of those third parties.
Y'Alternative Wellness has a referral relationship with Function Health for bloodwork and lab testing. If you follow a referral link to Function Health, you are entering a relationship directly with them. We do not receive, store, or have access to your lab results through this website.
We may update these Terms of Service at any time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any dispute arising under these terms will be resolved in the courts of Tennessee.
